Fridays
Bring your rave A-game. Fashionable attire is encouraged, but we welcome all outfit choices on a Friday night.
Saturdays
Our dress code is fashionable attire. Entry will not be granted for clothing items deemed casual or athletic wear. Stylish footwear is required.
Tank tops? Save them for the beach.
Flip-flops? Nope, not even the fancy ones.
Sleeveless tees? Only if you’re bringing the sun—spoiler: you’re not.
Shorts? Leave them at the pool.
Sports jerseys/athletic wear? We’re here for cocktails, not touchdowns.
Dirty kicks? Fresh footwear only.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry on either Friday or Saturday.
Coat check is available on site for a small fee. Please note that liability for the loss of, or damage to any items will be a maximum of $250.00.
Professional Cameras, DSLR’s. Video Cameras, Laptops, iPads are not permitted on site unless you have pre-approved press accreditation. Dprtmnt cannot store these devices for you and we are not able to coat check prohibited items. Water bottles, satchels, man bags, pouches, and fanny packs, gang colors and gang apparel are strictly prohibited
Marijuana consumption and possession within Dprtmnt Toronto will follow the legal guidelines set out by the Canadian Federal Government. These guidelines are as follows: You must be 19 years or older to consume, patrons can carry up to the legal amount and can bring the legal amount inside the venue but can only smoke it in the designated outdoor smoking areas. Do not drive under the influence of cannabis and please consume responsibly.

The Dprtmnt box office accepts cash payments only, ATM machine available on site.
Dprtmnt box office is closed except on event days. On event days, the box office opens 1 hour prior to the door opening time stated on the website and tickets. The box office closed 30 minutes after the stage time of the headlining act.
Tickets may be purchased in person at the Dprtmnt box office on the day of the events during box office hours. Tickets subject to availability.
Dprtmnt box office management reserves the right to deny entry to patrons without valid tickets.
Patrons collecting will-call tickets from the Dprtmnt box office must present valid ID and the credit card used to purchase the order.
